A big part of the salons, institutes, and events we create and share at the Center for Teaching Through Children’s Books is the opportunity to grow and learn with our colleagues—in person. However, with the pandemic still in full-force we—and so many like us—have had to step into the virtual world as we continue to strive to support each other on our journeys to use children’s books to uplift and unite the world.

On August 4th we were delighted to host a virtual salon featuring Publisher Spotlight president Ellen Myrick as she shared a very special selection of this year’s international books.
